Interview
It was a small panel interview between the Owners/Partners. There seemed to be an emphasis on “ownership” and an entrepreneurial mindset. Very little technical screening, and there seemed to be difficulty answering specific questions around technology used.

Not a lot of standard interview questions, although when I began probing about technologies and experience of staff, interviewers almost seemed defensive.
