2 stage process with clear expectations and introduction to key staff. Clear communication all the way through with regular updates from recruitment team and key staff. Overall a polished process and was enjoyable throughout.

Interview
The interview process left much to be desired. It felt uncomfortable and overly rigid, with the interviewers focusing heavily on my past experiences at the expense of exploring other relevant aspects.
The company culture appeared to prioritize professionalism over a more holistic, human-centric approach, which left me feeling disconnected.
Despite mentioning a relaxed growth perspective, the fact that both interviewers had held the same roles for a decade raised concerns about potential growth opportunities within the company.
Additionally, there was a perceived expectation to work overtime without compensation, which was concerning.
Post-interview, feedback was notably absent, leaving me uncertain about where I stood in terms of candidacy.
Given these experiences, I'm hesitant to pursue opportunities with this agency in the future, as the overall process lacked transparency and failed to address key concerns about the company culture and growth prospects.

Interview
Done virtually. Speedy and casual. Standard 3 rounds, TA, line manager, line manager's manager. Talent acquisition was very helpful and responsive. Responses to a lot of questions around the company, culture, working model, etc.
