Interviewers were friendly and approachable. Some interviews were structured as each interviewer only got half an hour to get to know all about you, while others kept the interview open and more conversational. Recruiting team was also fast in scheduling multiple interviews (usually up to a dozen) within a short span of several weeks. The biggest con is that there's no defined timeline for a closure to the process, so the wait time after final interview could be several weeks to months or eternal. They would continue looking for the best one out there while not sending out rejections to backup candidates.
