It’s 3 interviews. First one is a group interview, well it depends on how many ppl are interviewing. It could be 4 groups. If you’ve ever interview for a job this part is easy. Just have to make sure you’re listening to your pears and answer concisely
The interaction was smooth and professional, addressing numerous customer-focused questions effectively. I demonstrated excellent troubleshooting skills, efficiently diagnosing issues, and providing clear, helpful solutions. My ability to stay calm and communicate effectively ensured that customer needs were met promptly.

Use S.T.A.R method when explaining any past experiences that led to a results-driven solution. There are able three to four questions. Always explain how you learned from the result of the customer journey.

They asked me about customer service and being able to drive results for features like Apple care.
Long and tedious. Had to go through 3 group rounds and one one-on-one. I understand the purpose of it and see that it may weed out applicants who aren't serious about the job. But it's also a retail job and Apple takes itself way too seriously..
