I was contacted by a recruiter for the process. The hiring manager had a intro call , then a phone screen was scheduled. After the initial phone screen they went silent for almost three weeks without any feedback. After asking for feedback multiple times they reverted back to me that they have hired someone else for the position. Also there is a mismatch in between the skills required and what they desired for the role. Literally speaking didn't the hiring manager go through the resume once. If there is a mismatch between the required skill and expectation why did they even proceed with the process. It is a highly unprofessional attitude on their part.
