The interview was conducted in a semi-formal environment, at a cafe. The interviewer began by explaining the business model and how the company operates. This took about 15 minutes, with me listening through. The interview lasted about 2 hours, including a tour of the office. Interview questions were not "target" questions, and were extremely technical.
