Easy conversation, asked questions and situations.
Environment of interview was relaxed— you sat within the store on a couch! They have a bunch of questions and you do have to share your experience and who you are but they also want to hear how you will handle situations that may come up in a managerial position along with just working in retail specially this store in general.

Was very short, did not do it in a private place. They were friendly but did not give lots of feedback. They did not take the time to follow up with me even though they said they would reach out.
Interview was great and felt like a conversation. I had two interviews and the questions were very simple. I got asked things like challenges I've faced, who I am as a person, and times I have led a team. Nothing out of the ordinary.
