Applied online. Called in for a group interview with 3 other candidates. We were asked a series of behavioral/personality questions first and then given a styling scenario. We had 10 minutes to put together an entire look and then presented our choices and reasoning to the group.

What’s the most important thing when it comes to customer service?
It's a small group interview. Our hiring manager happens to be incredibly welcoming and facilitated discussion very well. We each took turns answering questions and it didn't feel intimidating at all.

Interview
I went in for a group interview where we were all asked questions in a round. We then had a "styling challenge" where we were given a scenario to style a client and had to create a complete outfit out of items on the floor.
