They bring you into store and talk with you for 20-30 minutes and ask you various questions including both easy and difficult questions. The process was easy and enjoyable overall.

I applied for the position but didn't hear back for about 2 weeks. When I heard back, the store brand leader (store manager) asked for an in-person interview. After the interview, it took about another two weeks to hear back, but I did end up getting the position offered to me!

They want to know your personality. They want to be sure your aesthetics meet theirs. The will ask you to pick an outfit in under 5 minutes for a specific event to see your outfitting skills.
