Was invited for an in-person interview, but felt the interviewer hadn’t aligned expectations beforehand and dismissed my experience quickly. Would’ve appreciated clearer screening prior to scheduling. Overall poor interview etiquette and unnecessarily rude demeanor.

The interview process was great. Everyone was super friendly. The only thing that was off was that the hiring person that I talked to didn't really ask many questions. We walked through my resume and then she acted like I was hired. I went in to the office one day to just meet the team and everyone was super friendly and she said basically that I was hired. After this she ghosted me when I tried to contact them about the offer and "what happens next". Super disappointed. Just be honest with your candidatesl.
