Interview
I applied online and got a phone interview. From the phone interview I was instructed to do a pretty large project that was to be turned in and consisted of a second phone interview to walk through the project. After that second phone interview I got asked to do a 2 hr. in person interview. After the in person I was told that I would know the next week if I got the job or not. Long story short, I was ghosted by a company that I was passionate about after dedicating a lot of my time to them. Note to companies that like to ghost candidates: you're not just losing a candidate, you're losing a customer.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Amour Vert (Berkeley, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
Went to a coffee shop and was told about the position, went back to the store to meet with the manager.
As with another interviewer, the manager told me I was a perfect fit and would be contacted for next steps in the next 3 days for next steps. I never was. I called about a week later, was told the manager was on a call but would get back to me in an hour. She never did. I'm puzzled- it would be fine to tell me I'm not a good fit, but why tell me that I would definitely be hired and then ignore me?

Do you have experience in a fast-paced retail environment?
I applied online. I interviewed at Amour Vert (Berkeley, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
Informal, the interviewer gave an overview about the company and responsibilities. Seemed to go well. Was told I would be a good fit for the position but the interviewer/mgr never followed-up with the details as promised. Reached out a week later with no response.
