I applied online, and several weeks later I got an invitation to do the video interview. A few weeks later, I got an invitation for a face to face. There were about 25 other candidates. We did a group project and presented it to the rest of the group. It was fun and easy. Next, they called us in groups of 6 to do a group interview. They ask 3 questions, and the last one is a random question on a card. Most of the questions were very easy, like "What was the last thing you posted on social media?" My question was the hardest one, which was "What do you foresee as being the most difficult thing about being a flight attendant." I wish the questions were more equal. Next, they show a presentation telling you about the company, pay, etc. Finally, they call you one at a time for a 1-1 interview, fingerprinting etc. I didn't get an individual interview. I was shown to the door. I have NO idea what they are looking for. The presenter had told me when I walked in earlier that I was so pretty and she hoped I got the job, because I would be great at it. Too bad she wasn't one of the interviewers. Apparently, she didn't have any input. I am professional, intelligent, and I was dressed in a business suit. I smiled and interacted. Another lady at my table got an interview and was fingerprinted. She messaged me that night and said she was SHOCKED at some of the candidates that were chosen, and she couldn't believe i wasn't. They told us at the beginning that no one would find out if they got it that day, and that even if you aren't fingerprinted, that doesn't mean you didn't get the job. I don't believe that, and I don't think they should say that if it isn't true. Overall, it was a good experience, but I don't know why I wasn't chosen.
