30-40 minutes interview on face to face. There were hiring managers and one HR. Second interview was over the screen with overseas colleagues. Lots of behavioral questions and open discussions.

Interview
The interview was very relaxed and a focused on personal qualities and not so much resume. It is good to have an understanding of the airline industry and show passion, that what I wrote in the cover letter to get the interview.
