      Adept Program Interview

      27 Sept 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Airlines in Sept 2021

      Interview

Stressful (for me at least), they asked coding questions and some interesting window washing question, when I later searched it up, it was a question from Google's interview process. They also asked the basic questions like "Describe a time you were a leader".

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What would your friends say your greatest strengths are and something you would need to improve on

      Adept Program Interview

      25 Jan 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Phoenix, AZ
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2015

      Interview

I got my first interview by going to the career fair at my school. So the first one was on campus, it was a 30 min behavioral interview. After waiting for a while, I was told that they would fly me to Texas, then told me that for our school they will do it locally, which was really confusing. So they second round of interview happened at their local corporate office. I was expecting it to be a lot of technical questions, but it ended up being mostly behavioral. There were three round of interviews during that day, each one was an hour long. There was a last written quiz testing your coding skill. I interview in November of last year, I am still waiting for them to let me know their decision. Or maybe I was not selected and they chose not to let me know. The interview itself was a good experience, but I do not like the way they setup their communication. There were many people involved in contacting us, but none of them are HR, and they don't always respond in a timely manner.
