I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019

First process is a phone interview. Somewhat intense. They ask you questions about your resume and how the position applies to it. It’s privabky only intense because it’s over the phone, and those interviewed, since the person cannot see you are quite intense.
