I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online 3 months ago then recieved an email about a week later for a phone interview. After the phone interview about 2 months later I recieved an invitation for the face to face in DFW.
You begin with a group activity then a group interview then you come back to watch a video while the recruiters deliberate. Unfortunately this is where it ended for me. One by one we were called out and after reading some of these reviews I was aware that if you were walked to the right (the shuttle back to the airport) you were no longer up for the position.
As the recruiter was walking me to the shuttle I asked her what did I do wrong as I am not naive and knew I did NOT get the position. According to her they change up the process everytime since they know everyone reads the reviews on here. Its upsetting not knowing what exactly you did incorrect, you never know what they are looking for. Best of luck to you all!!
