Interviewed with multiple staff and administrator via phone and in-person, reviewed website for in depth info prior to 2 in-person interviews. Each interview allowed the opportunity to understand the responsibilities of each role more clearly, if there was room for negotiation, and the extent of care to be provided, areas for growth, and areas in which my expertise would be of best use.
