Very efficient, spoke to four people each person took twenty to thirty minutes. They asked behavioral based questions. Three of them were the interviewees and one was the into person.

STAR method is a must. very results focused so add what you contributed. had 3 back to back interviews that were quick and they spent most of the time reading and taking notes
