Interview
Very standard process for a modern warehouse job. They screen you through their website, and that constitutes the interview process for a job on the warehouse floor. You will only interact with other human beings for your drug testing after the fact, and then again at orientation, provided you pass the drug test and accept the job.

Question 1
Standard questions regarding your availability, whether or not you have committed a felony or require visa sponsorship, and identifying questions about your ethnicity / disability status / veteran status.
Not too bad pretty easy and straightforward, simple question surrounding handling and moving. Make sure you know basic safety rules as they will ask you, for example how do you carry heavy items.
Apply online, go to the on-site office for oral drug swab and ID picture. Start date is assigned once background check comes back. The actual start date will depend on how fast the check comes back but isn't normally delayed.
Very simple and straight forward. Drug Test and Valid ID. Very few forms to to complete and a very short waiting time. The staff was very professional and efficient. Helped you with any questions or parts that you were unsure about.
