Resume and covering letter, then online test (20 min with 20 questions about figures and analysis) not so complicated but you have to be familiar with that kind of tests. And a phone interview with a HR to discuss about your resume. This interview will decide if you are able or not to work for the position. It check if you have the right background (education and professional) to work as a financial analyst.

I applied on the website. I received a mail few days later. I first had a virtual interview with competency based questions, an excel assignment + a numerical reasoning assessment.
Then I had 2 weeks laters 3 back-to-back interviews of 30 minutes.
I have never received any answer or feedback from then, even after sending mail to the HR.
