Interview process started with quiz. Second step was an interview with two hiring managers asking you questions based on Amazon principles which they send you before the interview to learn.

Questions were based on Amazon Principles that they want you to familiarize with before the interview. You should be prepared to have some examples of those principles from your previous experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Poland, ME) in Sept 2022
Interview
The interview process lasted for a month during which I participated in 4 separate stages: screening phone call, test and two interviews. Generally speaking I learnt ins and outs about the position, got acquainted with Amazon's policies and were able to show my skills during well-structured and transparent interviews.
