everything was online, it was very easy, just went in for a drug test. Then I got an email to pick what shift and if I wanted 3 12s or 4 10s and start times.
No interview to get the job. Just have to schedule a date for onboarding. Once onboarding was done and everything was good then they have you come for orientation/first day.
It was a very easy process. The process is simple and immediate hire. You will go through a screening process for drug testing and will be given your training date.
Incredibly simple and easy to get through. Minimal questioning overall. Just wanted to know if I’ve done this work before and if I can work night shift. Asked about any drug history and if I’ve worked in a factory before
