The interview is rather sample , Simply because there is NO INTERVIEW .. you just have to apply for a job you like a shift that fits your schedule and a background check and a drug screening test and from there if the accept you they will contact you via email then you will set up your orientation date that suits you and from there you will be a hired employee

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
Agency, little contact, limited information, told never allowed to say no. Even if they are braking the rules, they dont like people pointing out issues, as because if they record them thats when they can get in trouble for it.
