The process is very information focused which is based on the company's leadership principles and policies found on their website and also will be sent to you as a training file. Really good interview process and online when I had mine

If you had to choose a book to read, what book would it be
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
