Interview
First I went through a technical phone screen where you are asked rapid fire questions based on your IT specialty. A few days later I received a notification that I had passed the phone screen and was then scheduled for 4 rounds of interviews each 45 minutes long and with different individuals holding court for each session.

A mix of technical questions and behavioral questions
They ask a lot of technical trivia questions that have nothing to do with the job. They like hearing stories about how you raised the bar and/or made your prior job better. Be familiar with the STAR method.
Panel interview with 4 people. One hour with each interviewer who will ask 2 to 4 questions based on leadership principles related to the job role you are applying for.
first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
