Interview
It was a multiple interview process (same day) with people in same or similar roles. Questions were pre-planned. Through a lot of online research I found that the topics/questions are pretty well set and they did not deviate in my case. The decision was made within a couple of days - I was not hired.

I don't remember exactly, but it was a situational based question
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
