Cruelling all day interviews with 6 different people. You were expected to know everything about the company and their philosophy. They would not even share salary range, direct report information or team structures when asked

Standard behavioral “loop” (multiple back to back interviews) where interviewers probe to see if you are aligned with leadership principles and can adequately speak to them. There were zero surprises, advice would be to be yourself, for these roles they are looking for a particular skillset and if you have it, it will manifest in your honest answers.

2 rounds screening and interview, first screening with university recruiter who asked in-depth questions about resume and how it pertains to skills, second interview with manager who asked more common questions

Few rounds of interviews, great experience as the questions were based on experience.
Enthusiastic team, direct and approachable.
They offered quite good terms and explained everything in details.
