Interview
Initial interview was vague and contacting Recruiter couldn't tell me the exact position they were interviewing me for. Had only applied for one position with the company, but on the day of the interview was told they filled the role and wanted to talk about all positions in the field.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Jan 2020
Interview
Two separate telephone interviews. Then the submission of a writing sample. This was in advance of four in person interviews. The offer and negotiation was managed by the Recruiting Team.
