Just getting through to an interview is an exciting feat and I was thrilled to interview. As part of my initial discussion with a recruiter, I was basically told that I would move on in the process, then, after two weeks of nothing, received notice that I would not with zero feedback or reasoning.

The initial screening "interview" was barely that; it was more of an overview of what the process would be like with minimal interest in my background.

Interview
Long and challenging interview process; met with 4-5 different employees all of whom used the SMART method and didn’t seem happy to be there. The hiring manager was actually wonderful and seemed like a great boss but the others I met didn’t feel like people I’d want to spend my days with. The recruiter I worked with was also very pushy and tried to pressure me into accepting my initial offer on the spot.

Tell me about a project you managed from start to finish. What’s the most challenging thing you’ve worked on. What makes you stand out as an employee.
It is a highly intensive interview process where you speak with many people in multiple rounds of interviews. Come prepared with a lot of details as the interviewers will get into the nitty-gritty of everything. Recruiters were not proactive in setting up interviews and giving me the time I needed to prep.
