Fir me it was 2 interviews, online, each of around 20-30 mins one after another. All questions were competency based and required answers using the STAR method and examples of where you had applied these principles (not just in jobs - you can find examples in education, volunteering or your personal life).

Question 1
Questions based around Amazon's Leadership Principles
Online assessment involving maths, which has a 1 hour time limit.
If you are succesful then two 30 minute interviews back to back , with 4 questions each based on 16 amazon principles.
I had 2 30 minute interviews based on Amazon leadership principles. You have to demonstrate examples of when you have used a leadership principle eg at work, school or extra-curricular.
