The Math flow test is pretty easy. They give you 10 minutes to solve one easy math problem. Interview questions are based on star method. The interview was 30 minutes.

The interview process relied a lot on the leadership principles. They want answers in the STAR method for every answer. It was a good experience and it helps you understand the role better.
