You will have a three separate interview thirty minutes each, and usually as I read and I saw there will be ten minutes break between each one. Most of the time it will cover around the leadership principles

Describe a hard time where you had to make a decision that effect the short term but was a benefit for long term ?
First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.
