I applied online and had to conduct 2 to 3 different online tests (numerical, logic, and personality). I then had to conduct a hirevue pre recorded interview of 5 to 7 questions. Following that, I was invited to conduct 2 final round interviews with hiring managers.

After the application, system automatically sends some links for virtual tests. If they are interested in your profile, they are calling for interview. It's two round and you answer in total 4 questions. The questions can be found online.

Did you have any decisions you made with limited view on the end result?
Not too difficult, Learn leadership principles. They will drill you based on your answers to your stories. Prepare 1-2 stories for each leadership principle, as well as why Amazon? And why that role in particular?
They have 3 rounds. First is an online test, second is an HR call, and third is a call with 2 managers. Overall it was interesting but difficult and took some time.
