Extremely bias. Interviewers are looking for perfect answers. You interview with the team you'll be working with first, so first impressions are important. Honestly, I felt like I was just a waste of their 45 minute time. There are so many other better companies to work for (based on other reviews this company seems like a miserable place to work).
