Interview
There was a one telephone interview at the first stage, and next four final interviews via Amazon Chime. The questions based on the STAR method and all was around Amazon leadership priniples.
Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
