Question 1
Commonly the questions are situational related to the position that you are buying
Multiple interviews including problem analysis. They asked me to solve multiple problems relation to adherence, service levels and attrition. Fairly standard questions for real time management position. They did ask me how i was able to compute for it and asked me to show my solutions
