Interview
First they reach me via email after i send my cv, the recruiter asks me if we can make a call, I had to write him multiple times to get the call, quite hard. The call was 1 min asking if I had experience with the technologies and if I was in another recruiting process (not good at all). Then in another email asks me to put any dates and times available to make a call and test, I gave them 5 days with all day available, they send me the invitation for one of those. I join the call and waited them 20 minutes and no one join. So at the end I felt like my time doesn’t matter to them. They wrote me if I can gave them my availability over the next 2 weeks... cmon my time is also valuable. I finish the process in that moment and let it pass.
Amazon can be a huge company but I’m currently employed and i don’t need to be treated like that, with that disrespectful. They can also show interest in the human part of Human Resources.

I applied directly on Amazon career portal and got a call from HR. They scheduled two round - HM and DSA. But, It was just extremely unprofessional from them. They just keep rescheduling the interview for like 4 or 5 times. It was like they weren't interested in hiring.

Interview
I got contacted by a recruiter after applying through an employee referral. The recruiter sent out an Online Assessment after a few days. I completed the assessment and a few days later the interviewer called me and said that the role I was applying for is now filled. This is a very bad interview process and Amazon, being such a large customer-oriented company, should value their candidates time as much as they value their time.
