Interview
Hiring process is very simple. You apply online and complete a short game-like “assessment” that you’ll have no problem passing if you have any common sense. Then, you select your shift at the end of the application. If there aren’t any available(this was true in my case) LOG ON AND CHECK THE SITE FREQUENTLY!! I had to check the website every 4 hours for 3 days to find an available shift! Then, you automatically get a New Hire Orientation date. Attend this and you’ll take a mouth swab drug test and take your badge picture. About a week later(assuming you pass the drug test and background screening) they’ll contact you via email with your official start date!!
No interview at all, you go into the hiring center, take your drug test, fill out some preliminary paperwork, verify the building and schedule you want, your start date and that's it.
Not too bad pretty easy and straightforward, simple question surrounding handling and moving. Make sure you know basic safety rules as they will ask you, for example how do you carry heavy items.
Apply online, go to the on-site office for oral drug swab and ID picture. Start date is assigned once background check comes back. The actual start date will depend on how fast the check comes back but isn't normally delayed.
