It was pretty simple. The recruiting staff were always friendly and helpful. I had two phone interviews, which were both preceded by a call to give me some tips and guidance through the interviews (they told me what they were expecting, what type of questions they would ask...). Afterwards, I was called in for an in-person interview. Information about the company, what they were expecting from me, type of questions, general FAQs and some tips, were sent to my email as a document. They do ask for a NDA. They covered my transportation and accomodation expenses. In the offices, the staff was very friendly, comprehensive, candid, and open.
