I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online for a different role. Recruiter contacted me for initial role and set up a phone screen. Phone screen did not go as well as I'd hoped for the first role, but I was offered to continue the interview process for a different role. Few weeks later was invited to attend an in person interview. Was interviewed separately by two operations managers and an HR manager. Interviews were all behavior based questions and about 45 minutes each.

Question 1
There are two employees who carpool to work: one works for another manager, and one works for you. They are half an hour late one day. Your employee is normally a star employee. How do you handle the situation? What if it happens again?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
