Interview
First of All there was personal interview where basically you've to give the introduction then in next round there was a Aptitude Test where there were MCQs related to English grammar, Passage writing, Miscellaneous questions. After that there was a HR round where they asked about various scenarios and how you'll react in those scenarios. Also, the common question was what you know about Amazon.

Interview
Very easy, interviewer just asked me a very basic information. She never asked me technical questions though. Just asking me if I'm flexible when it comes to schedules. The interview only lasts 5-10 minutes, after that I received a job offer from them and complied my documents.

It's long time talking and based on many aspects of work so be prepared for that also practice customer associate role before that will be better. Then they also included difference situation some has to be replied based on text and other voice based
It was smooth and easy. You can crack it easily if you got good communication skills. There were 3 rounds of the interview, First one was the introduction round and english fluency checking round, Second one was the assessment round and Lastly, It was an interview round with the HR.
