Everything online with really good follow up from recruiter. Then travel to one site, multiple people interviewing. Set questions with very limited probing and/or follow up. It seems that they cared more about personality, professional background and age (prefer younger applicants) that can be molded and developed.

All questions were based on their14 leadership principles. Review them and be prepared to explain examples of living those principles in your career.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
