Paid travel to interview site in Chicago, two rounds of 45 min interviews one-on-one with people that had started out as are managers. Not too intensive, just getting to know you. Included many "tell me about a time you.." with different scenarios in which they expect you to apply examples from all aspects of your life.

Tell me about a process you improved (include numbers)
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

STAR method is a must. very results focused so add what you contributed. had 3 back to back interviews that were quick and they spent most of the time reading and taking notes
