Consisted of: Worked on a labor cycle where I needed to present a labor process with one employee. The interviewer explained their position at Amazon and what the job entailed. I then had the standard behavior interview questions and switched with another interviewer who explained their job and asked me questions about what I would do in certain situations. They were upfront about the hours and requirements and why they worked there. The job is challenging, but my interviewers had pride in the accomplishments they had in their departments.
