I had two rounds interviews. Each interview session lasted approximately 30 minutes, making for a total of one hour of intensive discussion.
The interview format was entirely focused on behavioral questions, all of which were carefully designed around Amazon's Leadership Principles. These principles serve as the foundation of Amazon's culture and decision-making processes, so the interviewers were keen to understand how my past experiences and actions aligned with these values.
