I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (New York, NY) in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview process was pretty well organized and professional. It began with a little pre brief session led by a recruiter explaining the structure and expectations for the day. Then, I had two back to back behavioral interviews with Amazon Operations managers. Each interview focused heavily on Amazon’s Leadership Principles and used the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). The questions were scenario-based, asking for specific examples from past experiences in school, work, or extracurricular activities. The overall tone was conversational but demanding, and preparation around the Leadership Principles was key. Preparing by having a bunch of scenarios ready and memorized is very helpful.

Interview
Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
Total 2 rounds of interview in one day. Mostly behavioral questions such as 'what are you gonna do if...' super simple questions. Honestly didn't even need to prepare and finished early.
