Interview + 2 Group tasks + presentation Completely disregarded my performance and the feedback I received didn't even sound like it was for me. They said I was nervous but I put myself as the team leader??? Also, I felt the selection of the candidates picked wasn't a represented sample as the majority (90%) were Caucasian. Also, the role they had advertised was little fishy just like the company. Got there and found out it was a call centre like job, you were basically answering calls.
