Very easy and short compared to other strategy consulting firms (in my opinion they are thirsty to find young grads they can exploit and they want to hire them quickly, but they will be good in putting you at ease).
Usually 3-4 rounds of interviews:
- CV screening by HR
- 2 interviews with project managers or principals based on business cases + fit
- sometimes an additional business case
- final (and very easy) interview with the founder in which they make you an offer (do not forget to negotiate, as it'll be hard for you to get a salary increase later)
