Interview
Interview process was smooth, interviewers were some of the nicest people I have ever came across. After the interview, they gave a feedback over a phone call, which I genuinely appreciate and at this day and age is refreshing and absolutely hard to come by (speaking from an ex-corporate background).

Question 1
Background and transferable skills, some theoretical understanding of Dementia, some situational questions. Answers to the questions were scored on a points system so there are some "standard" answers they want to hear.
