Very weird. I applied for the role and was asked to schedule a quick 15 minute get to know you call to decide if I was suitable to go into the interview process. I would have thought my extensive talent acquisition background would have told them I had the skills for this. Had the call with the CFO, no structure to call, demonstrated my experience and how it all aligned with their business. Next thing I receive an email just rejecting my application. I reached out directly to the recruiter to ask why I was rejected when the examples I gave clearly demonstrated my previous experience and skill set was aligned with the position - completely ghosted, chased again, you guessed it completely ghosted. I wouldn't bother wating my time applying to this company, clearly no structure to hiring, candidate experience is terrible. Aviod
